At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cyclist-Patroller to work with a leading micro-mobility company in London. This role is essential for maintaining fleet availability and ensuring our e-bikes are parked safely and compliantly across the city.

Shift patterns:

• Any 5 days out of 7, 8am-4pm, flexibility required

Pay rates:

• 13.85 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Cyclist-Patroller:

• Over 18 years old
• Confident using smartphone apps and navigation tools
• Physically active and able to lift up to 35kg
• Willingness to work and cycle outside regardless of weather conditions
• Previous experience as a bike courier or delivery cyclist highly advantageous

Role for Cyclist-Patroller:

• Repositioning bikes to maintain availability and compliance
• Relocating incorrectly parked e-bikes to designated parking areas
• Organising bikes in high-demand locations
• Monitoring fleet condition across priority zones
• Providing on-the-ground customer support
• Maintaining safe and compliant parking layouts
• Representing the brand in a professional manner

Location: London. You will be operating across priority zones within the city.

Duration: 4 months.
