Production Operative - Northampton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in food preparation.
Shift Patterns
- 5 out of 7 including weekends
- 10PM - 6:30AM
- Overtime available after 42 hours
- 20 minute tea break and 30 minute unpaid break
Pay Rates
- 14.95 GBP hourly

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
- Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
- Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
Role for Production Operative
- Assist with the overall food production process
- Pack and wrap food products according to specifications
- Perform quality control checks and remove defective items
- Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery
- Weigh ingredients and store or stack food in designated areas
- Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standards
Location: Northampton. This position is based in a key manufacturing hub.
Duration: 4 months.
